Authentic Therapy. Lasting Change.

I’m Angelica Navarro, LPC-Associate, (Supervised by Kaitlyn Lewis, LPC-S, License #82494) and I provide authentic, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps.

My approach is direct, relational, and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy is not just about gaining insight into why things happen, but about learning how to respond differently, develop new skills, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

I use an integrative approach drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to support emotional regulation, insight, and behavior change. In sessions, we focus on understanding what you’re experiencing, identifying the patterns that keep you stuck, and developing practical tools to help you move through life with more clarity and control.

I work with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety, worry, and emotional overwhelm

  • Trauma and unresolved past experiences

  • Depression, low mood, and emotional numbness

  • Feeling stuck in patterns that feel difficult to change

  • Family and relationship challenges

  • Self-esteem and identity exploration

  • Life transitions and adjustment challenges

  • Difficulty with emotional regulation and coping

My therapeutic style is honest, supportive, and structured. I will meet you where you are while also gently challenging the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be keeping you from moving forward.

Therapy with me is not about becoming someone else or pretending everything is okay. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing your strengths, and developing the tools to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

Change does not happen overnight, but meaningful change begins when we are willing to be honest about where we are and take the next step forward.
